Our dog visited his friends at the hospital day care center yesterday... many of his day care friends are toothless or getting there; and so is he... well, he's missing one tooth, right in front, and his other front teeth are somewhat wobbly. This endears him to people who have endured  the losses that come with aging. When he takes a treat from a client, he is so gentle that he gets a laugh... he would rather lick the treat that take it outright... he's so polite, he'll take it and then drop it when he thinks nobody's looking.... When I explained about his loose teeth, everyone chimed in with their own story... dentures that don't fit... or teeth that are sore... When they learned he has his own electric doggy toothbrush, they howled...  our dog has it all...
