It's almost summer... but in a car, even in 67 degree weather, a dog may die from extreme heat exhaustion. Cars effectively convect heat into their interiors and retain it; dogs cannot tolerate overheating because they do not perspire as people do. Dogs normally perspire via their feet pads and their tongues... A dog can suffer brain damage in minutes... if left in a hot car...
