SPCA charges man with torturing rottweiler in 'a case of "horrific abuse." NJ [Philly Burbs]

(Warning: don't read this story if you don't want to get very upset.

For me, the best remedy is to do something about it by helping people and animals, especially the ASPCA and the Humane Society. One of my dogs came from the SPCA and the other came from the Humane Society... )
