If only dogs in Maryland had it as good as dogs in San Francisco. It's now 24 degrees Fahrenheit, up from 20 degrees this morning, and perfectly legal to leave a dog outside all day, if it has an 'adequate' dog house, which is sheltered from the wind, has a roof, a floor and walls. I still think it's cruel to an older dog who has arthritis to be left in a yard with a dog house; if the dog freezes, it will be a legal death...
