Ah, with nasty cold weather all over the country[~]including a highly unusual dip into the 20s here[~]I was happy to stand on the beach at sunrise yesterday in a light shirt, savoring the warmth in Miami Beach. The occasion? The winter SIGCHI executive committee meeting, which is otherwise hours of reporting and decision-making, some wonderful dinners and conversations, and two long rides on 757s. Last night's flight home was delayed, putting me home well after midnight, but I have the weekend to recover.
