Novelist Michael Peterson should have plenty of time to write his next book, now that he's been convicted of his wife's murder.

David Denby in The New Yorker: "'Kill Bill' is what’s formally known as decadence and commonly known as crap."

Denby's review also refers to Hong Kong producer Run Run Shaw, an influence on Tarantino; Shaw's granddaughter was, to damn her with faint praise, one of the most beautiful women at Bryn Mawr during my college years.
