A perfect day: hoops, guns, and barbecue. 7:30 AM: Elijah's basketball team picture. 8:30: Elijah's first b-ball game of the season. A hard-fought 16-15 win over his best friend's team. 10:30: Depart for Boy Scout shooting trip. 11:30-3:45: Skeet shooting and riflery at a farm in Rockingham County. Lunch from Short Sugar's. Now: Home for a cold beer and hot shower. Pray Lisa does not inform me that we have plans for the evening...
