Just went to hear Al Franken speak.  He was tremendous. Completely different than the impression I had of him, which was just another bitchy writer.  I have to give him a lot of credit because when the Bill O'Reillys of the world spew their sewage on us, he is there with his goggles on, taking notes so he can answer back.  And, refreshingly, he helps us laugh at them. 11:12:56 PM    comment []
