Ears XXI Presents The Duke City Shootout The Duke City Shootout - The Duke City Shootout (formerly known as Digifest Southwest) is a week-long movie making competition dedicated to training aspiring artists in the use of digital technology. Since 1999, we have received hundreds of scripts from writers around the world. A panel of judges chooses the seven best 12-minute screenplays. The winners are invited to New Mexico for the shoot.
