The level required to qualify for high blood pressure has been lowered. . .I have high bp, it shows up when I start smoking, and I know I need to stay away from it. . .but I do pretty much all the things that they say to do in the article to lower it. . .oh well, can't live for ever I suppose. . . 10:28:48 PM  What do you think? So my final instructions for the Suzuki Rock 'n' Roll Marathon came today. . .it's really starting to seem like it might happen. . .I'm both excited and nervous at the same time, even though physically, I'm positive I can run it without too much trouble. . .I've definitely trained hard. . .part of what I'm worried about is the fact that this has been a goal since January. . .once it's over, I'm going to kind of be listless for a little bit. . .plus not much training for all of June so I'll have to get used to that. . .but I've worked hard and I'm pretty happy with the results. . .already thinking about a "next" marathon. . .it gets in your blood. . . 10:16:20 PM What do you think?
