Before and After New Window Treatment.
Above is the "original equipment" (1974) drapes that we have been living with all these years. One day last spring my high school tutor student looked at the drapes and asked it they had been there since the house was built. She, also, offered the info that I could probably find some reasonably priced drapes at WalMart. Well, that did it!!!
Below is our new window treatment---our new Warm Window shades. I love both the looks and the warmth. They make a decided difference in the draft and cold factor of the windows. In addition to the new window treatment the decorator added a screen in the corner and a Persian rug---tribal design.
