A Day of Writing the Teachers' Manual for the Grammar Text

We've got to do something about the title. The current working title is worse than dullsville. I refuse to put it on my blog. At any rate, I started this morning at 8:00. I took time out to buy a new stock and to eat lunch. I reached a stopping place this evening at 6:30. The writing went well. It was good to sit and write and edit after running around all day yesterday.

The cats are SO excited this evening. There is finally some movement in the household. I'm picking up the house, dusting, and vacuuming---at least the back part of the house.

I'm using Procter and Gamble's Swiffer Duster for the first time. I bought it because the Swiffer products are the first new PG products in quite some time.

The Swiffer Duster is thin and able to get in places when my usual duster is unable to fit. It's an excellent tool to dust the baseboard heating units. It really gets clear in and dusts the two openings very well. It also works well across the tops of my books on the book shelves.

However, it has one major flaw---it quickly becomes loaded with dust. I wonder, is that an inherent problem with the Swiffer Duster or is it because I haven't dusted for a month or so? I rinsed the Swiffer Duster under the kitchen faucet and set it out to dry. However, that was before I read the directions on the website that said to use and toss. Yes, they want you to use lots of them. Mine made it through only two rooms. That is not a good track record.

In the final analysis, the Siffer Duster fits into otherwise unreachable small places, it is light weight and easy to use. However, since I didn't dance around like the lady in the television ad, I think I will file suit against PG for false advertising. Ski Boy are you ready for another client! Disclosure: I sold my PG stock two months ago!

The above is my answer to the incessant current analysis of the Democrat Presidential Candidates and Mel Gibson's The Passion
