Looking through the new and free LISTA, no doubt an early christmas gift from Ebsco to librarians, I can't help but wonder how soon it will be (can they?) before they link to the articles that are openly accessible via OAI-PMH compliant repositories and services like DL-Harvest and CiteBase. I am amazed to find that they are indexing OA stuff!  I wonder what the folks on all the electronic discussion lists I enjoy lurking on will say about this - did I miss the discussion somehow? I certainly don't remember the old Information Systems & Technology Abstracts database (IS&TA) indexing open access journals; but then, we don't have access to IS&TA at the University of Arizona libraries any longer.  I was only able to get it on a trial basis when I taught Scholarly Communication and, yes, I like the EBSCO interface.
