CONVICTED: Nate Harris, University of Miami football recruit
MIAMI -- South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports University of Miami football recruit Nate Harris has accepted a plea agreement from the state attorney's office after admitting to being the lookout in an armed robbery that has kept him in jail without bond since May 30. Harris was sentenced to 364 days in jail, but it's unlikely he will serve that much time. He could free to play football again in approximately six months.

ARRESTED: Chris Wispelway, Duke QB
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Associated Press reports Duke quarterback Chris Wispelwey, one of three candidates for the starting job, has been charged with driving while impaired. Wispelwey, a redshirt sophomore, was charged early Sunday morning after he drove the wrong way down a Chapel Hill street, forcing oncoming traffic to drive off the road to avoid a head-on collision. He registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.17. The level at which a person is considered too drunk to drive in North Carolina is 0.08.
