PROBATION VIOLATION: Daniel Davis, Kansas State University

MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Kansas State Collegian reports junior running back Daniel Davis appeared in court this last week. He was arrested at 2:05 p.m. July 17 -- his second arrest this month -- for violating probation conditions, resulting in the addition of community service to his current sentence. Davis was ordered to serve 90 days in the Riley County jail as a result of an April 25 charge for leaving the scene of an accident. After serving 10 days, which could be served on weekends, he would be granted parole. Originally, he was not given mandatory community service.

COURT APPEARANCE: Travis Wilson, Kansas State

MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Kansas State Collegian reports junior fullback Travis Wilson appeared in court Monday on a charge for criminal damage to property. A preliminary hearing was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Riley County District Court House.
