MOTION TO DISMISS CHARGES: Ron Monteilh, University of Colorado
BOULDER, Colo. -- Denver Post reports assistant district attorney Pete Maguire has filed a motion to dismiss two felony charges against Colorado wide receiver Ron Monteilh. Monteilh and teammates Marques Harris, Corey Alexander and Allen Mackey were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for providing alcohol to CU recruits during a recruiting party on Dec. 7. Monteilh, a sophomore from Culver City, Calif., who has said since his April arrest that he was mistakenly identified, was charged with a second count of providing the recruits marijuana.
