Ken Sall and Judith Newton presented this XML-Based Thesaurus Approach for the Federal Government yesterday.

As we develop a new strategic IT plan for the State of Utah, we may want to look at what has been done in specifying an XML schema for government strategic plans.

ASC X12 continues to add state membership, including the Utah Tax Commission, to its interoperability standards organization.
