The Illinois Entrepreneurship Network previewed today.  Ienconnect.com is a weird name for a state government website, but as with all good Illinois websites, it has a prominent picture of Governor Blagojevich featured in the middle of the page, just as it is here on the Department of Commerce website which is working with the Argonne and Fermi labs to eliminate the digital divide.

Two years into their consolidation project, Virginia is looking at massive privatization with IBM and Northrop Grumman competing to run the state's information services for a contract potentially valued at 1-2 billion.
