Reviews of the $1800 Sigma SD9 with the exciting new Foveon sensor are pouring in: from TechTV, Imaging Resource, and Digital Photo Review (previews were up earlier this year). Besides the advantages of the Foveon pixels actually capturing real red, green and blue values instead of interpolated values, one of the different aspects of the camera is the viewfinder shows more than the actual image area, which is useful for sports.
