Recently the National Virtual Tour Association® (NVTA) was launched in the US. This organization is made up of Virtual Tour providers who commit to deliver a consistent quality product. In return the NVTA provides leads from its national sales force, the opportunity to participate in national contracts, a listing in the NVTA directory, and dedicated forums for the provider community, and other benefits.

Providers who are interested in becoming a member have to meet criteria such as a commitment to quality, good reputation, possess technical knowledge of the field, ability to handle volume of work, and also pledge to adhere to the group's code of ethics.
