A rash of VR vendor news and rumors:

At the IQTVRA summit in DC, several people reported hints from iPIX employees at the show that iPIX is considering revamping their licensing key scheme, and is revamping their software to support third party plugins, such as rectilinear stitchers.

Kaidan and EyeSee360 announced that the 360 One price was lowered from $999.95 to $749.95.

And Manfrotto/Bogen put up some nicely illustrated webpages about panoramic photography and showing their new spherical panhead, the 303SPH.

Purpose
VRlog provides news, developments and analysis of the virtual reality (VR) world from a nature photographer's perspective. Since I am not connected to or funded by any VR vendor, I intend to objectively appraise what's going on, and the direction VR is headed in. -- erik goetze
