Peril in disguise, part 2 We previously wrote somewhat smarmily about vapor trails and those who find weather hazards therein.  Now we learn that ice boulders are falling from the sky -- caused, it is said, by vapor trails.  It just never ends. (MSNBC) 10:33:59 PM     In the defense of others The Michigan Court of Appeals has overturned the conviction of a woman who defended herself against homicide charges on self-defense grounds.  People v Kurr  The Court held that the right of a person to use deadly force "in defense of others" includes the right of a pregnant woman to protect her pre-viable fetus.
