Whenever I'm about to convince myself that I understand something, I ask myself whether I could meaningfully explain it to my mom. Too often the answer is "no" and that means I might know about a few symbols and relationships, but don't really understand yet how this actually relates to the world.
Could it be that beyond Knowledge Management there's something like "Understanding Management"?
