CIPA Update:
"The FCC has released a Public Notice concerning the implementation of CIPA following the Supreme Court's decision last week. IL State Historical Library Resumes ILL and Mail Reference:
The IL State Historical Library has announced that it will resume its interlibrary loan services and its mail research and reference services effective July 7, 2003. They also announced that "the ISHL CONTINUES to be open to the public for onsite reference and research services Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm underneath the Old State Capitol in downtown Springfield. The ISHL has NOT moved into its new facility at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential and NO date for that move has been set." --per Kathryn M. Harris, Director, IL State Historical Library
