Problems exporting to DV with Adobe Premiere

It seems I am not the only one haveing problem exporting to DV with Premiere. I posted my problem in details here but no answers yet...

Found what I was looking for. My Duron 1000 too shabby?

I found the network card and the fan I needed. I'll install them over the week-end.
I wonder if a K7SEM/Duron 1000 is too underpowered to drive simultaneously a Promise SX6000 and a 1000/Base-T network card. It seems I have a lot of time-out and out-of-order packets when I am doing back-up. Maybe the CPU can't process all the interupts thrown at it. I should monitor the number of interupts/sec generated by the NIC and the RAID controler.
