Credit where credit is due

Please take a moment and read them all, then reflect upon your own life. What if this happened to you and what if you didn't have a voice? Think about it. Sit down and take a moment to recognize the impact of the important people in your life.
As far as I am is concerned, Dave Winer is the single driving force in the adoption of weblogs and RSS. Others may have taken the core technology, improved it, changed it and maybe even made a business upon it. Only Dave Winer has dedicated *his life* to it. Each of his waking moments, blogging, traveling, helping others, writing code speaks to his achievements.
