Closer to home... Effective last week, a Wiccan high priestess in Great Falls, SC convinced a Federal judge to bar the invocation of Jesus Christ in prayer from her local city council meetings. The clock is ticking for our Guilford County Commission prayer given underneath the Ten Commandments plaques of the Old County Courthouse....Though I suppose Skip Alston could keep things going if he allowed Wiccan priests to open our meetings with prayers to their deity or lack thereof. 11:33:50 PM
