CFR coincidence again With Iraq almost officially now in a state of civil war, I place my tin foil hat and transport myself back two years ago so I can say, "I told you so; just like the CFR called for." Paraphrasing: Iraq, never a real country in the first place, will be divided into three countries, Kurdish North, Sunni Center and Shia South.
