Astronomical Surface Decorations on Ceramics, Mesoamerica part VII  D. M. Urquidi site has an article Aztec Star Learning and Measure Training, with drawings of murals at Teotihuacan that show people using pools and measuring sticks to learn about the heavens.  These may have functioned as star charts similar to other cultures. Thus, the Aztecs could have used pottery to create such 'star bowls'   However, I have not found evidence of them, yet. 10:10:55 PM
