Stamp Cups- Just when you think you've seen everything..... Cups with designs on the bottom so that they can make artistic marks, instead of the usual ring.  I think this is pretty much unexplored territory.  One can see other designs, secret messages, serigraphs, a whole hosts of ways to go with this! Of course the mark made by the cup could be a consideration in the creation of the cup.  Potters do all sorts of fancy stuff to the bottoms of their pots, but most do allow for smooth feet so as not to scratch the table.  (However, some artists leave them rough as well.)  Makes sense that one could consider the ring as well!
