Of course barbecue chicken or Hawaiian pizzas aren't authentically Italian. Nobody ever claimed they were! Just because the Italian government is in a snit about it doesn't mean that I have any intention of giving them up either. (Baking Papa Murphy's is about as close as I get to gourmet cooking.)
