He Got It Wrong (As Usual)

Maybe Jimmy Breslin ought to lay off the booze so he can think more clearly than this:

The thought of a 21-year-old losing his life while chasing what is, in the end, a complete stumblebum, is shattering. A soldier was killed in Iraq yesterday, so he certainly wasn't looking for Saddam. The president, all his people and generals look around for something to grasp and hold high, look what we have done! and yesterday was their greatest day, they had captured a name known all over the world. By nightfall, they were finally silent, and the rain beat down on the new graves of the young.

Stumblebum? Hey Jimmy, how many people did this guy kill in the most brutal fashion without even a second thought? He'd take you down in a bar fight and you'd hit the floor a good 10 seconds before you realized that your intestines had hit the floor first. Yeah, he went down like a coward, but this man creature is pure evil. Shame on you. You should know better.
