Sendo sues Microsoft over 'secret plan'. This sounds just like how they misled a small PDA manufacturer into showing them plans for their new device, which they copied and then subsequently crushed. Microsoft pretended to be an investor, even signed NDAs, then went to the OEMs like Compaq and said that their Windows license would be cancelled if they carried the competing device. [The Register]

The Register: Microsoft plots Macromedia coup against Java. This is a Very Bad Thing. It means that Microsoft could turn Dreamweaver and Flash into Windows-only and Explorer-only products. In other words, they're planning on turning Macromedia's products into a weapon against Linux, Apple, and Mozilla.
