Is the IT industry recoverying from the dot-com crash?
I don't want to jinx myself (or anyone else) but it seems like the computer/IT industry is recoverying. Both sales of my commercial products and the amount of consulting work that I get has increased in the last two months.
I think that after the tech market crashed, a lot of companies simply stopped spending any money on new development. Hopefully there is some pent up demand for IT services.

A friend's book was just published
My friend Jay Ts came over for Sunday dinner today and brought me a copy of his newly published "Using Samba" book. Way to go Jay!
