If you use Safari, get Pith
Pith rocks. Stop whining about tabbed browsing. Pith gives you a floating window listing all your Safari windows ordered by window order, age, or name. Click on a list item to bring that window to the front. The Pith window only displays when Safari is the frontmost app., and you can set it to not display its icon in the Dock. It fits into Safari beautifully.
