Replaceability Yesterday I spouted forth some worthless gibberish about "Permanence". Today it's more of the same. New topic: replaceability. "Classic software strategy calls for customer lock-in and high switching costs. Pretty cynical. It's no surprise that the CMS market is unhappy.
