LATimes: "The FBI on Tuesday identified that troubled student, 16-year-old Jeffrey Weise, as the shooter responsible for the bloodiest episode of school violence since the 1999 Columbine massacre in Colorado."
NYTimes: "A. J. Thunder, 16, whose brother, Cody, was one of the students wounded, said he wondered if he would ever be ready to go back to the school. 'I just don't feel safe,' he said. 'You never know if it could happen again.'"

What can you expect from people who live in a militarized world, a culture of violence, with declining social security and prospects for the future?
The American government uses torture, is in constant breach of the Convention of Geneva and still has an unjust death penalty system. That is not setting a good example for citizens or other nations. The Bush administration is incoherent and still refuses to limit access to guns.
Fact is that many Americans are shaken by the recent events in their country. Some are still in denial of the damage Bush is doing to their nation and are looking for other scapegoats. What can you expect from a nation with a war criminal as its president?
