The translations of Umberto Eco's La Misteriosa Fiamma della Regina Loana are coming out.

RollingStone: "Carl Jung, one of the fathers of psychology, famously remarked that 'people cannot stand too much reality'. What you're about to read may challenge your assumptions about the kind of world we live in, and especially the kind of world into which events are propelling us. We are in for a rough ride through uncharted territory."

Stop Bolton: "On March 7th, Bush nominated John Bolton, who's dedicated his life to undermining the United Nations, to be our UN Ambassador. In April, the Senate will decide to approve this nomination or not. We must not stand for this."

Haaretz: "Four years ago, in June 2001, the Health Ministry published a map of the geographical distribution of malignant diseases in Israel during the years 1984-1999. The detailed report presents more than 68 pages of data about malignant diseases in communities with more than 10,000 residents. However, except for Rahat, the report did not include a single Arab community."
What do you call this, racism?
