Yahoo: "'There is solid evidence that Iranian agents are involved in these networks and that they are working with individuals and groups in Iraq and that they are being sent there by the Iranian government,' said State Department spokesman Sean McCormack."
When 'American intelligence' (an oxymoron) speaks of 'solid evidence' we can safely assume they are lying, again. As for all wars a pretext has to be found to attack.
ICHBlog: "Given the presence of four American submarines off the coast of Iran, Eduard Baltin, former commander of the Russian fleet, reasons that the U.S. is planning to attack Iran."
LATimes: "Evidence of Iranian involvement in Iraq's troubles is limited. U.S. troops have found mortars and antitank mines with Iranian markings dated 2006, said U.S. Army Col. David W. Sutherland, who oversees the province. But there has been little sign of more advanced weaponry crossing the border, and no Iranian agents have been found."

And Rumsfield is still working for Bush behind the scenes.

On Jan. 4, Mr. Rumsfeld opened a government-provided transition office in Arlington and has seven Pentagon-paid staffers working for him, a Pentagon official said. The Pentagon lists Mr. Rumsfeld as a 'nonpaid consultant', a status he needs in order to review secret and top-secret documents, the official said."
WashingtonPost: "An attack on Iran would be catastrophic and encourage it to develop a nuclear bomb, Mohamed ElBaradei, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said on Thursday."
Each country has the right to defend itself against invaders. And if Bush were to attack Iran this would simply mean the end of Western credibility and morality.
