UTOPIA
The Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) is probably better known in network circles outside the state of Utah. I'm always a bit surprised as I move about the coutry at who is following the progress of this organization.
This story jumped off the page of my local newspaper this morning. Qwest is suing UTOPIA. I'll be very interested to see how this progresses.........
