Last night a friend of mine expressed a desire for a random number generator for his Windows OS PDA. I thought: hey, that's barely one step above hello world. I can do that! So here I am buying my device. I know there are emulators out there but I don't trust 'em.

Here is how things fleshed out this morning in electronics purchasing land.

I recognize that the iPAQ h5450 (choice 2) does everything and is perfect and wonderful, but I will go with the Toshiba refurbished. If i need bluetooth I will buy a card, but otherwise everything is so similar I would feel like I was wasting money otherwise.
