The keyboard on my new Compaq nc6000 is incredibly flimsy! I can actually see it flex when I type on keys toward the center of the keyboard. If it were a personal purchase, rather than corporate issue, I would probably return it.

Correction--when our tech support people installed the extra 512 Mb memory, they failed to replace two screws. Now that they are back in, I would rate the keyboard quite good, nice and firm.
