Interesting piece on the BBC Website. Writer and visionary Sir Arthur C Clarke celebrated his 85th birthday recently and in a rare interview, conducted for BBC World ClickOnline, he predicted that eventually everyone in the world will be on e-mail. I'm not sure I agree with him, as there will still be regions of the world too poor to get online. Still it makes an interesting read. [BBC News | Technology | UK Edition]

I've just seen Matrix Reloaded and I have to say I was disappointed. I can't put my finger on any specific thing. The best way I can describe it is that it didn't engage me the same way the original did. The fight sequences were well coreographed but nothing caught my imagination the same way the lobby fight did in the first movie. Also the ending left a lot to be desired. I know that the third movie is due in the Autumn but there was no sense of resolution. Even Empire Strikes Back had some sort of conclusion. Maybe seeing the third movie will put things in context.
