One of the bloggers I ran into Antoin O Lachtnain, whose name I should have recognised, but didn't. Last month I blogged the fact that he had won a Freedom of Information case against the IE Domain Registry. Anyway, Antoin's 'blog has an RSS feed and I tried to subscribe to it. However, when I tried to subscribe to the feed via Radio Userland I got the following message:
Can't subscribe to the channel. The most likely cure is to check the URL in a web browser and see if you can get it to read the feed. The following message probably won't help you figure out what went wrong, but we include it here because it might. "Can't open stream because TCP/IP error code -3260 - Connection refused."
Now I know the URL is correct because I copied and pasted it from by browser. And when I tried to subscribe using the same URL via NetNewsWire Lite I had no problem. Any suggestions as to what's happening?
