Norton Utilities seems to have buggered up my ability to print. Any application I try to print from crashes. Tomorrow I'm going back to CompuStore and asking for a refund and this is the last time I buy a Symantec product. And just see if they ever get any good coverage from me again.

Did anyone notice I was gone? I decided to splurge out and buy a copy of Norton Utilities for OS X yesterday. I got home, booted off the CD and ran Disk Doctor as the manual advises. Then I rebooted into OS X and installed the program. After rebooting again, I tried to connect to the Internet only to find that the dialling software wouldn't work. I eventually solved the problem by downloading the update package to upgrade from OS X 10.2.3 to 10.2.6 (a five hour download). By 3am this morning all systems were running normally.
