New Feed Service - FeedBurner

Another neat catch from [Scobleizer: Microsoft Geek Blogger]

Another cool tool for building optimized syndication feeds: FeedBurner. The service just turned on today. It looks like the service is still having some startup problems. But, looks interesting. RSS/Atom is getting more mature with services like these.

BloggerCon Spring 2004 - We've Got A Date -- April 17, 2004

From the [bloggerCon News] - Update On Spring BloggerCon:

We've been back and forth about the date for BloggerCon II, there are pros and cons for both dates, but in the end there are more reasons to do it on April 17, so that's when it will be.

There are no major holidays on that day or the day after, the Boston Marathon is two days later (stick around, it's quite a party) and we checked on hotels and there's lots of availability.

We are aware that there are some people this date won't work for, but I'm convinced there is no day on the calendar that's good for everyone, and the 17th is pretty good overall.

I'm already working on the grid, and talking offline, asking questions, and listening carefully. Tomorrow night's meeting at Berkman will focus on BloggerCon planning.

Another bit of news. We got the same suite of rooms we had for Day 2 last year: Pound 200, 201, 202, 203, 204. We're also trying to reserve a great computer lab, also in Pound Hall, for the tutorials.
