Ahhhh, only slightly more annoying than ie is the fact that I can't unto arse ups in Radio in it... or is it Radio... anyway, I once went on a Spherion course (article about Spherion's future directions here) (funded by some edu body) and, ahem, all I can say is please refer to my last post on 'training' ;o) Hell knows, maybe by getting rid of people, feeding us our skills as they are needed and responding to our 'savvy' it needs and all that is the future...
