Had a check through and I don't think I've mentioned hipteacher's name (not sure if I know it) before so that's cool (if I have please feel free to point it out & I'll delete!)... you might want to vectorize the photo or something though :o)
More to the point though there are some great great postings on her site, wonderful stark observations of starting life as a high school teacher. Riveting and touching reading & highly recommended.
