Kudos to A-Press

A-Press issued a statement on their site regarding their acquisition of intellectual property from the now defunct Wrox Press.  One of the first things they did was get rid of the "right of first refusal" clause in everyone's contract.  Since I wrote a book for Wrox a while back, when I was thinking about writing again this actually tripped me up because I was not sure I wanted to write for Wrox again.  So I am glad to see Gary take this out for all authors.  A-Press definitely thinks about their authors, that is why I respect them so much.

Is Everyone Having Fun?

So Kent, the DataGridGirl and more are enjoying DevConnections.  I wish I could be there.  Although I am relieved to get over a major deadline this week.  Kent, I am going to assume I will get the "uncensored" version of DevConnections when you get back, right?
