What I've learned from reading blogs
1. Left- and right-slanting decreases are sweet. (Probably got this from Becky, 'cause she does such crisp shaping.) On Ethan's mini-raglan, I'm doing right-leaning K2tog and left-leaning ssk's; too cute. (Other left-leaning options include K2togtbl and s1,k1, passo. See Theresa Vinson Stenersen's clearly written piece in Knitty for illustrations and detail.)
2. Some people are geniuses. Wendy. Need I say more?
3. Knitters have cats. Often more than one. Why is that?
4. Blogging is more fun than working. This can be a problem.
5. Reading blogs is more fun than working. This is a bigger problem.
6. Waist shaping rocks. (Thank you Bonne Marie.) A little nip, a little tuck and we can all be more girly.
7. Frog means...rippit, rippit. (I thought it was an acronym for f***in' rip out!)
8. Creativity lives. Y'all are such industrious creators. Wow.
